With a spacious layout of 500 square feet, this centrally air-conditioned retreat features all the comforts of home surrounded by a lush Hawaiian tropical garden filled with palm trees, bamboos, gingers, heliconias, and fruit trees.

The cozy interior includes a separate bedroom fitted with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen ensuring a relaxed stay. As you step outside, you'll find yourself just 150 feet from the ocean's edge. Although there is no direct beach access from the property due to the rocky shoreline, the nearby Tavares Beach is only a short walk away, offering opportunities for sunbathing, snorkeling, surfing, and windsurfing.

Your experience continues just a drive down the coast to Baldwin Beach, which boasts long stretches of white sand, lifeguards, and amenities like pavilions and showers. The vibrant local surf break just off the property ensures that entertainment is always within reach.

With over 23 years of experience, Maui By The Sea operates under a legal County of Maui permit, valid through 2031, allowing you to rent with confidence.

Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of seven nights; however, we may waive this rule during certain times of the year or for last-minute bookings, so feel free to reach out. A rental agreement must be read, signed, and returned upon booking.

While you enjoy your secluded paradise, please observe our rules: absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the cottage, no loud music, parties, or outside visitors. We maintain quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure a serene environment for all guests.

Take advantage of the opportunity to stroll throughout the property, enjoying the lawn chairs by the ocean, and remember that while there is no sandy beach directly in front of the cottage, the beautiful waters for snorkeling and surfing await just beyond.
